Bump XR Gaming plugin to v1.0.2

This plugin installs and configures Breezy Vulkan, which provides various features for XR glasses.

This update fixes an issue caused by missing a return statement after the decky v3 API refactor. No changes to the Breezy/XRDriver binary are present.
