Remove unmaintained and CI breaking plugins
This PR removes plugins that are currently not working, break CI or are unmaintained by our standards.
This plugin will remain a draft until Wednesday of next week where it will become a normal PR. Once it has reached this point plugins who's authors have not responded will need to go through the full submission and review process over again once this PR is merged rather than a simple code update style PR so if you do want to get your plugin back up please respond ASAP.
@CEbbinghaus, MicroSDDeck has not been delisted as you have been actively working towards resolve it's issues and getting an update out. Please let me know when you next have an update on that in your relevant PR thread.
@0xD34D FlatpakUpdater is being removed as a part of this PR. If you would like to submit a PR for it to be updated than it's removal in this PR will be not occur once your PR is merged to main.

@ma3a I've gotten a couple user reports stating that PlayTime is not working properly and breaking stuff. If this PR is merged and confirmed to be working and it is submitted for an update then I can keep the plugin up but if I don't have a response by next wednesday I will have to take the Plugin Down.

Playtime is fixed on main, but @ma3a seems to not had time yet to commit it to the store. I'm using this plugin, in case there is no response it might be a good candidate to be moved to the shared maintainership repo to be fixed up while waiting for @ma3a to come back.
The bookmarks plugin should continue to work for those who already have it, although I don't think I'll be maintaining it from here on out.

doesn't load for me on the latest decky prerelease or stable
This PR stayed a lot longer than I intended because I got busy with life stuff. This PR is officially complete now and the plugins are removed. As discussed the plugins that are enumerated here are always welcome to return if they are updated to work with the latest versions of SteamOS and Decky Loader and have gone through the full review process.
