NonSteamLaunchers 1.0.1

NonSteamLaunchers - The easiest way to add your favorite Non-Steam Launchers. Installs the latest Proton-GE and automatically adds your game and launcher shortcuts in correct format, in real time.

Updated NonSteamLaunchers Plugin to version 1.0.1 Visual Update Part 2 to the Plugin to include visual notifications, fixed ea app from installing, scanner fixes, added more cooldown time to scanner, added support page, added code for future real time log (disabled for now)

@TrainDoctor hey train, this doesnt look right to me hah.. let me know if i need to delete this pull request or not, i was trying to update the plugin to 1.0.1 not sure if im doing it right....ok....it looks like it went through vvv
