Update DeckScreenshotManager to 0.0.3

Add screenshot manager because valve don't do it.

update:

mute error toast after taken screenshot

(the reason is Valve no longer export ReactQueryClient, and we use this to refresh the builtin screenshot manager interface, this update cannot fix this problem, but i have muted the error toast)

Hi, will this at some point to into the testing store? I would love to have this plugin working again without the additional error message which shows up after every Screenshot. I'm happy to test to confirm. Thanks!

I downloaded the new version via the testing store this morning, automatic upload is working fine and the error message is gone. Seems good now, thanks 👍
