[WIP] Add DisplayOverclock

DisplayOverclock

This plugin allows you to overclock your Steam Deck internal display to up to 70hz using the built in but currently disabled display overclocking feature in yesterday's Steam Client Beta.

  • No: I am using a custom backend other than Python.
