[Request] Check Store Status

Feature Request Description

I've just installed Decky Loader and going to the ... button >> Plug icon>> Store icon just results in a spinning Steam gear.

A bit of searching led me to trying this web site:

https://plugins.deckbrew.xyz/

That site shows a Cloudflare time out eventually. My understanding is that this means the store is down.

It might be good to display this on the Steam Deck itself, when trying to install plugins while the store is done, rather than just leaving the spinning gear in place for however long the Steam Deck is left there.

Main store has been migrated to a new database backend which should crash much less, testing store is next

Thanks very much. It's working fine for me now.

Please close this if it's not useful or worth it to put some sort of notice on the Steam Deck when the store is down.

Both stores are now deployed on the new database backend, but I do think a better status display would be helpful so I'll convert this issue to that.
