[Request] Reload plugins and decky loader after waking steam deck

Feature Request Description

Many times, my steam deck will not show the decky loader and will be forced to do a restart, I had to install PowerTools from cryoutilities again because it would not show up after 3 restarts, although I get this was a bad idea. This could be an optional feature for those that do not want it.

Further Description

There could also be a reload plugin button if such a plugin shows a blank screen when opening a plugin, that's all.
