Brief explanation of the change

Detect Minor Key Game's Rosa engine by the naming conventions for it's CPK files. These CPK files are not the same as CRIWARE CPK files.

The only reason this "Applies to over 100 apps" is because I tweaked the CRIWARE rules to stop false positive CPK files. Any CPK files that are actually CRIWARE should still be found.
