[Bug] Steam crashing when checking out with PayPal with Millennium installed.

Describe the Bug

Reporting a bug: Checking out with PayPal (Going through the verification of logging in to PayPal with the popup) completely crashes Steam when Millennium is installed.

No error logs whatsoever. Removed all plugins & themes. Reinstalled Millennium

Completely uninstalling Millennium allows me to get the pop-up for PayPal checkout and successfully checks out.

Millennium version v2.30.0 Client API version 5.7.4 Browser API version 5.7.4 Millennium build date 10/18/2025 Loader build date 10/18/2025

Even using & "$((gp 'HKLM:\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Valve\Steam').InstallPath)\steam.exe" -dev To capture the logs crashes out before you can even see anything. (Forgot to include that in my videos I linked)

Expected Behavior

Should allow me to sign in with PayPal.

Steps To Reproduce

Have an unsigned in PayPal account and sign in at checkout.
