Files missing in the repo?

It seems that some files are missing in the repo:

• Log2Console\packages.config
• Log2Console\res\collapse_all.png
• Log2Console\res\pin.png
• Log2Console\unselect.png
• Test\packages.config
• TestNLog\app.config

I see that the NuGet package.config reference-dlls are in the /External folder, but that is probably just by historical reasons. The projects seem to have been upgraded to use NuGet references instead.
