Assuming an API update or the writing of methods for these items isn't eminent, I'd be happy to add these options to documentation, as I'm pretty sure a lot them would be very useful- table_label for latex labels in particular, along with many of the items to turn observations, degrees of freedom, etc. on and off.

Or it seems like writing methods would not actually be very hard.

Anyway, better to not have them hidden in the code 😄
