Adding custom rows

Thank you for the library. Tried to find ability to add custom rows, for example flag variable indicating whether fixed effects were used but did not find it anywhere. Also, examples.ipynb does not open for some reason for me.

Looks like this is addressed in #13 and (or) #14. cc @csemken
