Relation Widget, support creation of record

As a CMS Editor When I am editing a Collection Item that contains a Relation Field to Other Collection Item I want to click "Create" and be presented with empty fields for Other Collection Item When I click "Publish Now", the Other Collection Item should be saved along with the Collection Item

basically it should behave the same as the list widget

This request would be tricky as the editor is designed to edit one entry (in one collection) at a time. I'll need to think on this one.
