Add an admin FAQ to docs

An FAQ for Spoke campaign admins would be very useful. I'm starting that and will link back here.

I believe @ErikKirkstein is drafting an Admin FAQ, you should ask him for content.

I'm working on leader documentation for our team with Erik and hope to bring the generic Spoke parts of that here once it's ready.

@joemcl I'm cleaning up our good first issuess and want to know if this one was completed (since it's pretty old.) Looks like it's more appropriate for you to finish if you started it, so I'm going to remove the good first issue label for now

I was pulled off the task mentioned above into creating other tools for our team. Passing along the generic versions of our admin documentation is still on my list, though.

In the meantime, happy to read anything that gets produced by others and provide comments. (I don't live in github, so it's best to @ me when it's time to look.)

hey folks! following up here in case anyone has started any admin FAQs for their own purposes that can be used as a launching point for this documentation? I know @joemcl & @DinahSanders got this started, but I'll also loop in @nladhani since I think she may have made some resources for her admins!

We don't have a singular FAQ document at NYCET, but I'm linking here the solutions articles on our Help Desk related to Spoke. Some common questions

  • How do I load in contacts from different contact loaders (csv instructions vs VAN)
  • What do the different components of the interactions mean (question vs script, etc)
  • How do I attach action handlers to script answers
  • What is the difference between a tag and a canned response
  • Best practices for scripts and how to avoid carrier violations
  • How do I used dynamic assignment
  • How do I unarchive a campaign
  • How can I view reports from my Spoke campaign
  • What do the different error codes mean

thanks @Frydafly and @ntashladhani and hi! I think @deasterdaywfp and @ryanjcrump at WFP have some stuff that could be useful, as well as probably MoveOn folks, and a bunch of other orgs that have been using Spoke for a while now.
