Add Actionkit donate action (based on existing payment information)
The same way there should an action supported by event rsvping for actionkit (see #133) (or other system), there should also be a way to indicate a certain response represents a donation, which triggers a donation on the platform.
This would probably be a special action_handler? The tough thing about this is that you probably wouldn't want to allow a texter to select a Question Response that could cause a payment to go through. That's a lot of power for a vol
Even though it takes two steps, since there is now an actionkit event RSVP action-handler, orgs that use actionkit can technically create an event related to opting into a donation, log that in Spoke, and then follow up with people who want to give. Does that satisfy the original issue? @schuyler1d
That's not possible with ActionKit (an 'event' in AK is not generic -- it's for a hosted 'party'-type event with a location (physical or virtual) that people RSVP to) -- donations are different. So I think this should be open, but at least as of early 2021, this isn't a priority for MoveOn (though may be for other AK clients)
