Feature Request: Uploading Contacts from multiple Message Review URLS

Problem The past contacts uploader is limited to contacts from a single Message Review filter URL

Solution We could have a way in the UI for a user to add contacts from multiple Message Review URLs; this might look like an ability to enter a string of URLs separated by a comma or other character, or it could look like a button after each load that allows the user to add an additional list from a URL

Context A common use case for this is in follow up Candidate Persuasion campaigns; I might want to follow up with all contacts that are logged with the Maybe survey response, AND all contacts who did not respond to the initial text (First Message Sent).
