Start a doc explaining domain specific language around peer to peer texting to help developers who don't know much about this world onboard to the project

hey @ibrand -- perhaps we make this a REFERENCE document? and add topline definitions of all features like contact loaders, action handlers, message review, etc and link to the corresponding documentation on each? what do you think?
