Must reach the majority of the world
Nearly all the entries are from the U.S. and Western Europe. That's about 20% of the Internet. To be valuable, we need to find a way to be more comprehensive. For example, I just discovered American Movil is installing Edge servers in Brazil.

Happy to help, although I'm swamped.
There are several people on this list who know much more than I do. Some are so tied up in what they are doing they don't see the bigger picture.
Some also have a business based on 1-5 ms latency but there isn't going to be much less than 15 ms for years, except possibly China.
