Suggestion to update Platforms taxonomy

suggestion from Azion:

Full Stack Software Platforms or Full Stack Edge Platforms (which adds not only the software license model we provide but also our PaaS/CDN business model) makes sense to me. We might see other companies joining that category soon as you release it.

To join that category, I suggest the provider must offer a Software license or/and a PaaS business model which includes:

  1. CDN service or a PaaS service or a IoT service (in our case we have the 3).
  2. Edge Traffic Routing service
  3. Edge Provisioning / Orchestrator service
