AAW Financial Data Reconciliation DEV environment setup

We need to have a DEV environment to test our cronjob made for "AAW Financial Data Reconciliation" project. I'm not exactly sure technically what it implies on AAW side but I'll do my best.

Switched to private endpoint instead of using the service endpoint in dev.

@vexingly I was noticed that we can't use endpoint so we'll have to work it out using service point.
