Update requirement to match others extension

Wen installing VITON the requirements replace other library's most up to date and lots of extension stop working. can you please update requirement compatibility with most recent version or stable version for example pytorch-lightning have some deprecate function that make others extension unstable and the same for transformers an diffuser model library.

• your pytorch-lightning is too old and have a lots of deprecate function
