The support for SB 2 is hopeless

I think we should stop buying this product as the support does not exist and so does the documentation. These guys are may be misleading every one. I am preparing some legal action on the company and also on trade malpractices.

(Yes, I'm aware how old this issue is) Urm, you know its Free right, and the Pro version isn't on GitHub...

Please reference that you're using SB Admin Pro along with details about the issue you're having.

Decided to throw it away. I advised all other users in our ASEAN forum to do the same. You proved me right. My last post was on Nov 8, 2022 and you replied today, Jan 8, 2023, 2 months later!

To be clear, I am not part of the StartBootstrap team. Also I didn't receive an email from GitHub informing me you had replied... which is why it's late.

I had to Google Translate it, it's their email auto-responder... GitHub is sending them an email that is has been updated, and it's sending back that. It basically says 'I've received your email'

I am so sorry i thought you were part of the team. I got very frustrated with the developers who dont response. They are just for the money but forgot quality service. I was stupid for buying the pro version.

Please accept my sincere apology for the misunderstanding.

With regards to Chinese message, should kick them out if they cannot communicate in English especially when they respond to our posts. For all you know the person could be a "wolf-worrier" from the CCP. I may be paranoid but you do not what the CCP bastards have been doing ever since the Great Rift!
