How to make Fixed Sidebar and Top Bar

This should be possible, especially if the navigation has many points. If you set an overflow now, all the accordion icons will be hidden.

At the moment, static is the only option, but I think we are moving to fixed in the next update. I'll keep this open for reference. Thanks!
