No longer autoupdating on cdnjs since v4

The latest version on cdnjs.org is 3.3.7+1 it looks like at version 4 it stopped updating... https://cdnjs.com/libraries/startbootstrap-sb-admin-2

I will need to take a look at all of the Start Bootstrap themes on CDNJS and make sure they are getting updated properly. Thanks!
