i have the same issue. i dont really know how to use it. i am working with the ember framework and installed your stuff with the npm command. what to do now ? it dont work if i try to use it. any examples that can show me how to use it ?

SB Admin is just a collection of templates and stylesheets - you need to build out your forms the same way you would if you were building your UI from scratch.

I don't understand why v4 removed forms and other components? I use v3.3.7 every time because it doesn't have a bunch of features cut.
