[feat]: Autoresize disk partition if VM-based StartOS gets allocated more disk space

As title (sorry)

Describe the Use Case

Example: you're running StartOS in proxmox, you allocate a larger disk to it - you want StartOS to just realize that and resize itself accordingly.
