[feat] Add "update all" and batch installs/uninstalls to Embassy-CLI

This would allow the ability to install/uninstall lots of services at once, for example

Can you list which commands you want to do this to? I don't think it makes sense to do this "globally", whatever that means.

I gave 2 examples - there may be other places where it could be useful, but those are the 2 I would like. Service updates is probably another, although an "update all" is probably already in progress. Globally makes no sense

Ok. Renaming to reflect. Also you're talking about embassy-cli here, not embassy-sdk.
