Jupyter notebook compatiblity

Hi there,

Love the idea of this plug-in, thanks a lot.

I am using jupyter notebook in Vscode. I am able to comment the anchors. But when I look at the windows for file anchors, it just shows the anchors for a certain cell that I click on. Is it possible to be able to view the anchors from the whole notebook?

Thanks for your kind words!

Unfortunately none of us on the team use Jupyter or the Jupyter VSCode extension and so we're not going to look into this right at the moment. I will however keep this open if you or anyone else would like to investigate this and submit a PR.
