Feature Request: Create Table trigger from keyboard.

At present we can only trigger Create Table from the right click menu.

Could we trigger via the keyboard: both with a definable hotkey, and also a command palette entry?

Once triggered and we get the table size popup, could we use the cursor keys to select the size of the table, and enter to insert the table?

A command palette entry would be great as this would allow the creation of a table using buttons that can be created using other plugins.
