starrocks 安装是不是支持jdk8

目前很多组件还是基于jdk8编写的，starrocks 安装只支持jdk11 导致很多集成无法满足，一台服务器上装多个产品应用，出现很多不兼容情况。希望最低支持jdk8

可以使用3.1及以前的版本. jdk升级是大势所趋.

hive 目前还不支持jdk11,完全支持需要hive 4.0，有多少公司用hive 4的
