地理位置函数增强

智慧城市行业，iot有关位置的场景中，需要更强更多的地理位置函数

Feature request

1.增加地理数据类型，支持点、线、面、多点、多线、多面 2.增加如下函数，如果都能完成，可以参考增加postgis一些功能如mvt之类的功能 https://github.com/Esri/spatial-framework-for-hadoop/wiki/UDF-Documentation 3.增加空间索引，空间索引是提升空间函数计算效率的关键

You can specify functions you need and give more details about the scenario, input and output, is there any other functions in other db systems that sr can refer to.

可以参考duckdb的函数实现，不过还没有规划空间索引，https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb_spatial/blob/main/docs/functions.md
