Radar stats can be found under SCItemRadarComponentParams

To get this old issue moving forward, SCItemRadarComponentParams is already getting parsed by ScDataDumper, see https://github.com/StarCitizenWiki/scunpacked-data/blob/796ee6a80ffcde058840213c90d18b8e77bb5bee/items/radr_bltr_s01_pelerous.json#L495C18-L495C44
