ULS-enhanced language button does not trigger language selector

Describe the Bug

Language button does not show the ULS selector modal when clicked

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click the language button
  2. See error

Expected Behavior

Shows the ULS language selector modal

  • Installed extensions and versions ULS MLEB 2022.10

Partly resolved by f40c0db, but it is not ideal as we want ULS to work for the language selection button.
