places_class_to_keep.txt seems stale

issue It appears to be storing the information about which classes from places to keep for the classification task but it only has 31 non zero entries when the number of classification labels are 63, and there is a hard-coded select array in get_synset method which does have 63 ones to select the intended classes.

solution either remove the file to avoid confusion or update the file
