IPy error - IP address more than 4 bytes

We're getting a weird error claiming an IP has more than 4 bytes when it clearly doesn't. I'm not sure if this is an error parsing the argument and passing it to IPy or not... ValueError at :rules:rule:2003068:threshold.pdf
