Current Behavior

when it gets to "SETTING USERS & PASSWORDS" it SKIPS that part and does NOT request, or show dialogue page for submitting name and password.. Just continues on to next part. when finishes and reboots...you get a boot page asking for name and password. and NOTHING is accepted. this needs immediate attention please!

Expected Behavior

i expect the os to pause and show page for me to fill in my name and password.
