How to receive traffic from openwrt.

I am using a router running openwrt and setting up port mirror. How to Suricata Receive Traffic from Router | As it currently only receives traffic from the NIC vmware. Thank you.

What problems do you face exactly as there are plenty of docs and how-tos form what I see online ?

Currently I am installing on Virtual Box - ip 192.168.1.121 & only monitor from ip 192.168.1.121. So how to monitor home network . The router's IP is 192.168.1.1

Maybe your VM NIC must be setup to NAT mode.
