URLs with parsed titles sometimes break when pasted

When pasted in some circumstances (in this case gather.town), the links get broken after either apostrophes or parentheses. The URL we click on still loads since the ID is kept, but it is not pretty.

I do not know the standard way to parse titles into URLs, but I think the site would be improved by using one that does not break in such ways.
