Rule and Trigger filters break UI visibility

st2 3.6.0

When using the Rule or Trigger filter drop down you can select one just fine, however, the moment I start typing the entire page goes blank and the only way to get it back is to refresh the page.

Rest of the filters seems to work.

Error in the console pops up the second I input a single char. The char I input does exist in the list.

I tested this as well on ST2 3.5.0, and can confirm I got the same problem.

1. Go To History view
2. Select the rule filter
3. Choose a rule and all works fine
4. On the rule filter then start typing - get blank screen.
