Trigger details UX improvements
- Look at the picture below. Of the triggers 7 on list, 4 are "enforced": they matched rules, passed criteria, and got a correspondent rule enforcement, listed under relevant Rule details. QUESTION looking at this list, which are the enforced 4?

The only way to answer this is to expand each and every item, and see if there is an enforcement rule in details. That sucks!
PROPOSAL: instead of "processed", indicate three relevant states:
* enforced successfully (enforced + green button). Note: technically need a number if a trigger got more than one enforcement. * enforced and failed during enforcement (enforced and red button) * processed but no enforcement
Short-term, sufficient to just separate the one with enforcement, from the others without enforcement.

- Rule must be a link. Also: [cosmetic] the rule name is cut off, ugly.
- Enforcement ID must be link, dropping me to Rules/ThisRule/Enforcements
- See above: this button need to reflect that 1) enforcement happened and preferably express if it succeeded or failed.
Overall, all IDs must be cross-links.
