Large Mistral workflows are unsuable/don't load

This workflow with this metadata is unusable in st2flow.

No errors, but canvas does not update to show any actions. Unclear what it's getting stuck on, or if it's still trying to parse it.

note these are private workflows, they should not be shared externally

I could not reproduce this locally. I doubt any of my most recent changes made this work. Unsure.
