No user visible error message is displayed when saving a workflow when sources are not configured

If sources are not configured and you try to add / save new workflow definition, no visible error is displayed to the user (there is just an error in the console).

We should display error in the UI in such scenario and ask user to configure the sources.

And perhaps even grey out all the options until sources are configured?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. What do you mean by "sources"?

Sorry with sources I mean if no api, auth url and credentials are configured.
