Deprecate gutter atomic classes

In the Flex documentation, we recommend gutter atomic classes. I think we can safely recommend gap classes over .gs classes. If not now, then soon at least.

I know there was some time frame we were thinking wrt Safari support, but I can't quite recall what that was.
