New Feature: Color Picker

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As part of the way sites can update their theme, we need a color picker component. The HTML5 color pickers aren't universally reliable and the ones that work have a poor UX.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • A color picker that appears on .click.
  • A "visual" way to select a color (open to suggestion).
  • A way to paste in a HEX or RGB color code.
