Copying checkpoint (sv3d_u.safetensors) takes too long

Just as the readme file suggests, I'm copying the checkpoint file into the checkpoints folder, but the copying takes way to long. It's been hours already just to move this, is it normally this long to copy over the checkpoint? I'm using a docker container on Windows.
