Fine Tuning SDXL freezes

Finetuning doesn't start and gets stuck at this point without any error:

Epoch 0: : 0it [00:00, ?it/s]

Also there is no RAM problem.

Using proper dataset format might help the problem. Specify the path of the tar file (webdataset format) in cfg.
