[Request An Update]: update Mykrobe + genotyphi to genotyphi v2.1

What container needs an update?

Genotyphi released v2.1 https://github.com/typhoidgenomics/genotyphi/releases/tag/v2.1

latest mykrobe version is still v0.13.0

Would be good to also add a link to the a pre-print describing genotyphi tool/scripts in the tool's README.md: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.09.30.613582v1

This is not high priority for me, I just didn't notice the genotyphi release and thought I'd note it here
