[Feature Suggestion] Add a volume slider in Music & Sounds

There is a volume slider in the TVs and projector but when using the mod with other people it would be nice to have your own personal volume slider if on your end the volume of the video is too loud or too quiet.

i will work on it for waterframes v3, because internally volume is designed to be global.
