Created exe is super small and writes a new RCX***.tmp file

We've been using Squirrel for a few years now. Recently it started creating the full exe/msi super small, much smaller than the regular size. It use to happened once in a while, and has now become a full issue, happening almost every time.

It also now creates a .tmp file in the same directory: RCX3E5D.tmp

If you try use the small exe it gives the following error: "This is a dummy update.exe, If you are seeing this, your build did not correctly replace the IDR_UPDATE_ZIP resource"

I would maybe check your antivirus application? You can also read the SquirrelSetup.log in the tools directory to see what happened
