Currently these are looked up in the main app bundle where they won’t be found, change them to look up in the framework bundle

I'd say we wait to fix this until someone raises it as an issue that's affecting them. It's just premature enhancement otherwise.

We can leave this open as a future enhancement, just no need to implement it yet.
